1. Responsible for tactical low to medium risk procurement to ensure theavailability of goods.
2. Responsible to ensure the stability of product quality, timelyhandle any product incident to avoid potential delay or other impacts toclinical operation.
3. Responsible for the provision of contract management servicesfor low value, low risk procurements, including monitoring performanceagainst KPIs, monitor expiration date, conduct contract renewal underprocurement SOPs.
4. Undertakes market research, vendor development, supplier’sperformance assessment, supplier’s categorization for responsiblecategories to ensure safe supply chain and value for money.
5. Contributing to cost reduction projects through data gatheringand data analysis.
6. Being a self-learner, develop knowledge and skill to providetimely, responsive, effective procurement service to both internal andexternal clients.
7. To safeguard the interests and reputation of Jiahui Health, bestrictly in compliance with Procurement Code of Conduct and ProcurementPolicies.
8. Other duties assigned by senior staff. EXPERIENCES, SKILLS ANDCOMPETENCIES: Basic Requirement: Minimal 2 years procurement working experience Knowledge of product & market information. Good communication skills and personal integrity Basic understanding of business and machinery of hospital procurement
Preferred: Experience in the establishment of procurement contracts across all stages. Working experience in hospital procurement
3. Understanding of Yibao policy on medical consumables, drugs andreagents.
4. Through knowledge of the coding and pricing system in medicalsupplies.
5. Experience in developing procurement polices & procedures.
